How to get your money to us....

The following are methods of getting the money you are raising to us.

Just Giving:

We recommend setting up sponsorship pages via www.justgiving.com.  The most successful pages are those which include some explanation of the event that you are undertaking and why you have chosen to support The AADC Trust and include a photograph.  If you log onto www.justgiving.com/aadc you will see examples of current live pages.  Any money collected via an online sponsorship page will be paid directly into The AADC Trust bank account.

Sponsorship Forms:

If you have been collecting money via a sponsorship form, you will notice that there is a gift aid column. Gift aid is a benefit that the government pays to charities on funds that have been personally donated to a charity. The government currently pays 25p on every £1.00 donated. Therefore every £10.00 that is donated becomes £12.50.  As you can imagine this really does add up! In order for us to claim, the donor must fill out their FULL HOME address and POST CODE and tick the gift aid box.  The donation cannot be a company donation and the donor must be a UK taxpayer. You will need to send these forms to us once you have finished collecting sponsorship.

Cash and BACS Payments:

We do not recommend that you send any amount of cash through the post.  The safest way to pay us the cash you have collected is via the bank or by sending us a cheque.

If you are depositing into The AADC Trust bank account please reference the payment with your name.
